Why do you only work for public schools?
Because we choose a side - and it's yours.
Public schools do something no other school does. They open their doors to every child who comes - every ability, every language, every income, every need - and they teach them. That's not a slogan. It's the job, and it's the reason public schools matter to the communities they serve.
Charters, private schools, and voucher programs get to choose their students. They also market hard to win them, with recruiters and budgets built for it. When a student leaves a public school, the funding leaves too - but the obligation to educate that community doesn't. It just gets harder to fund.
So we made a decision most firms won't: we work for public schools, and only public schools. We don't take the charter's money on Monday and yours on Tuesday. We're not for hire to the other side at any price. That's the only way a district can trust that our entire team is pulling in the same direction as theirs - because we are, by design.
We don't take a side in the market.
We take the side of the school that can't say no to a child.
